Indicator: A Farm/Facility Safety Plan (FSP) is implemented to ensure worker safety.
Theory of change: A well-developed Farm/Facility Safety Plan will help identify onsite hazards and establish plans such as training and risk management to ensure workers operate in a safe environment. Written procedures and record-keeping will help respect and promote worker safety.
Reporting Strategy: Each participating member organization that has prioritized this criterion will define what constitutes a Farm/Facility Safety Plan. Member organizations will report the number of their participants who have implemented the Farm/Facility Safety Plan (including themselves) during the reporting period.
Reporting Schedule: Baseline established 2017 Annual reporting period is calendar year (January 1- December 31) Reports submitted to DSF by March 31 each subsequent year
