Number of farms*

Include all dairy farms supplying liquid milk direct to the company or that your company is representing.

Number of dairy farmers*

Please include the total number of dairy farmers your company is representing, which can include both full and part time farmers.

Number of employees on farm*

In addition to farmers, farm staff should include part (seasonal) and full time workers on the dairy farm

An estimate of all cows, including buffalo, on all farms combined (The herd size is the total number of milking cows (including dry cows) in the herd. Please combine this for all herds your company represents)

An estimate of all dairy farms combined (Please state the combined area (in hectares) used for dairy production for all dairy farms your company represents, and be sure to include both rented and owned land)

The number of factories within your company that process the liquid milk that you are receiving

Include all fresh liquid cow & buffalo milk purchased directly from farm and processed by your company or those you represent

As you are applying to be a DSF Aggregating Members, using the downloadable excel file, please provide the DSF with a list of the businesses you will be aggregating on behalf of along with the business type (eg. milk cooperative, farmer organisation, retailer etc). This is to enable the DSF to check for any potential double counting issues that might arise with existing Implementing Members in the same geography at annual reporting and to discuss these with the Members concerned.
