What are you asking the world to do for rangelands and pastoralists in the next 25 years?

What are you asking the world to do for rangelands and pastoralists in the next 25 years?

Rangelands cover about half of Earth’s land, support biodiversity, store carbon, regulate water, and sustain millions of pastoralists. Using mobility and traditional knowledge, pastoralists manage nearly one billion animals, strengthen food security, and protect ecosystems and cultural heritage.

Yet climate change, land degradation, disease, and competing land uses threaten their mobility and livelihoods. This voluntary 5–10-minute survey invites pastoralists and supporting civil society professionals to share their experiences and help raise the profile of rangelands and pastoralism.

You may stop at any time; by completing the survey, you consent to your responses being used for the IYRP legacy paper. Join FAO and the Global Alliance for Rangelands and Pastoralists (GA4RP) in shaping a positive future - take the survey today.
