The IDF Guide to Standard Lifecycle Assessment methodology for the Dairy Sector

Those DSF members who have prioritized GHG Emissions for the DSF will be fully aware of this methodology as it is the globally accepted approach the dairy sector and the DSF applies to calculate the GHG emissions from dairy production and processing.  Originally published in 2010 and revised in 2015, the IDF are soon to embark on the next revision to capture latest scientific knowledge and review alignment opportunities with other key developments from organizations such as ISO and IPCC etc.

The IDF is seeking technical experts in the GHG and LCA space who would like to be ‘active’ (time and input are required) participants in this review process.  Should you wish to engage with other global specialists in this space to ensure the IDF methodology is at the cutting edge of latest science and knowledge, please contact the IDF using the following e-mail Msanchezmainar@idf-fil.org and register your interest.
