Reducing methane emissions in livestock systems in Asia and the Pacific – Workshop report available

A report from a FAO regional expert workshop held last October in Thailand has recently been made available. The report, Reducing methane emissions in livestock systems in Asia and the Pacific - enhancing national climate actions through the Global Methane Pledge, highlights outcomes and recommendations provided during the workshop. The workshop was designed to help countries in Asia and the Pacific identify new opportunities to reduce methane emissions from livestock systems in the region. The report illustrates best practices, solutions and ideas shared by countries and livestock stakeholders in Asia and the Pacific to achieve ambitious climate targets. Download the report
