DSF Biodiversity COI meeting

28/11/2022

DSF Biodiversity COI meeting

The DSF Biodiversity Community of Interest (COI) met for the second time last month, facilitated by Julia Buckingham of Dairy Farmers of Canada (DSF Implementing Member). The group had welcomed Kristine Tapley, National Lead of Sustainability at Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC), who shared some fascinating results from the partnership between DFC and DUC delivering biodiversity enhancement projects on dairy farms in Canada. Members of the Community went on to discuss the aspects of biodiversity they would like to focus on at future meetings. Plans are now being formed for the next meetings of the community in 2023.

If you would like to join in with the Biodiversity or indeed any of the other three communities of interest (GHG Emissions, Animal Care and Soils), please contact the DSF Secretariat.
