DSF Annual Meeting 5 November 2025 – registration is open!
The 2025 DSF Annual Meeting’s theme is: Catalysing Change: Unlocking the Power of Behaviour for a More Sustainable Dairy Sector. Change isn’t just part of sustainability, it is sustainability. Every action we take, every goal we set, hinges on one thing: the willingness to change.
As individuals, we weigh evidence, emotions, and values before choosing to shift our behaviour. But in our industry roles, we don’t just change ourselves we influence colleagues, suppliers, and farmers too. That makes understanding the science of behaviour change not just useful, but essential.
With approximately 133 million dairy farmers around the world, each with unique motivations, creating lasting impact demands tailored, thoughtful approaches to change.
This year’s DSF Annual Meeting is online on November 5th 2025 (noon to 15h00 UK time) and will explore how we drive meaningful transformation across the dairy value chain. We’ll share lessons from the field about what’s worked, what hasn’t and dive into the behavioural insights that underpin successful change programs.
