Helen Dornom works for Dairy Australia, the dairy industry owned service organisation that aims to support the dairy industry as a growing, innovative and sustainable industry.

Helen has worked in the dairy industry for a number of years in a variety of areas including R, D &E, industry policy and supply chain integrity.  This has involved helping industry to assess risks to its reputation/operations and helping to facilitate management solutions.

She is now Dairy Australia’s Manager of Sustainability, including Food Safety and Integrity.

Jaap Petraeus is Corporate Manager Sustainability at FrieslandCampina. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the corporate sustainability policy of one of the largest dairy cooperatives of the world. He has large international network in Dairy Sustainability.

Jaap is a member of the SAI Dairy Working Group, he is the chairman of the Dutch Dairy Energy and Environment group and chairman of the raw material scarcity group of the Dutch Employer Association VNO-NCW.
